Three ways
down.
Coached training for weight loss, athletic performance and MMA conditioning. Pick the problem you want to solve first — the coach can adjust the method.
Choose the
work.
Coached classes and small-group training with trainers.
Basic by a member's own description. The coaching is the reason to be there.
Prices, schedule and trial policy are not published. Call (619) 258-0767.
Call. Show
up. Repeat.
There is no online booking on this site because there is no published booking system to connect to. The phone is the front door.
Call to train ↓- 01
Call and ask three things
What time should I come, what should I bring, and what will the first session involve? Write the answers down.
- 02
Walk in early
Say it is your first time, name the track you think fits, and tell the coach about injuries before the warm-up starts.
- 03
Judge the coaching
Did someone watch you, correct something specific, and ask what you want? That is the product. The room is secondary.
Before
you call.
Answers only where there is a real fact. Everything else goes to the phone, where someone can actually answer it.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Coached training means the work can be adjusted to the person in the room. Tell the coach it is your first session and what you have done before.
How much does it cost?
No prices are published online for this gym, so none are shown here. Call (619) 258-0767 and ask directly.
What is the class schedule?
There is no confirmed public schedule. The listed hours are on this site; which session runs when is a phone question. Call before you drive over.
Can I try one session first?
Ask. The gym does not publish a trial policy, so the honest answer comes from the person who answers the phone.
Still not
sure?
Take the four-question training finder, then call with the name of the track. It takes less time than reading this page again.
