Rounds
that beep.
Three presets, one big countdown, a beep at every change. Built for bag work, intervals, and anyone who has lost count of the round.
Interval round timer
3 × 3 min work · 1 min rest
3:00
Interval timers are a training aid. Stop if you feel dizzy, sick, or sharp pain. Work within a pace a coach has approved.
Work, rest,
repeat.
A round timer is simple on purpose. The hard part is choosing a dose you can repeat next week.
- 01
Pick the shape
MMA rounds for fight-style work, Tabata for short hard efforts, EMOM for one task on the minute.
- 02
Ten seconds to set up
The first beep starts the prepare count. Put the phone where you can see it and start on the next beep.
- 03
Pause when form goes
A finished round with sloppy technique is not the goal. Pause the timer, breathe, and reset before the next one.
MMA ROUNDS · 3 rounds · 3:00 work · 1:00 rest TABATA · 8 rounds · 0:20 work · 0:10 rest EMOM 10 · 10 rounds · 1:00 work · no rest phase Prepare · 10 seconds before every start
EMOM means every minute on the minute. The work fills the minute and the next minute starts immediately, so the timer shows one continuous round per minute.
Before
round one.
Will it keep running if my screen locks?
Do not rely on it. The timer works while the page is visible. It asks the browser for a screen wake lock where supported, but a locked phone will pause the page.
Can I change the work and rest lengths?
This version has three fixed presets: MMA rounds, Tabata, and EMOM 10. Custom intervals are not part of this build.
Why is there a ten-second countdown first?
So you can put the phone down, pick up the bag, and start on the beep instead of already being late.
Is the beep always audible?
It comes from the browser using WebAudio and depends on your device volume. Play the first round at a volume you can hear before you commit to the session.
