Three tools.
No app.
Everything runs in the browser: a training finder, a round timer, and a calorie estimate. No sign-up, no download, no email.

Built for the
phone call.
A gym with no website leaves the same questions unanswered: what are the sessions, how hard are they, and where do I start? The tools are a way to get a useful answer before you dial.
The finder picks a real track. The timer gives you the shape of a conditioning round. The calorie calculator gives you a starting estimate to bring to a coach — not a diet to follow alone.
Formulas are printed on each tool page. Nothing is invented, and nothing is hidden behind an account.

Do these tools send my data anywhere?
No. They run in your browser. Last inputs are saved in this browser's local storage so the page remembers them; nothing is posted to a server.
Are these a replacement for a coach?
No. They are estimates and training aids. A coach can see your movement and adjust the work; a calculator cannot.
Why no 1RM or plate loader?
Because this gym's listed specialties are weight loss, athletic performance and MMA conditioning, not powerlifting. The tools here match the training that is actually advertised.
Can I use the timer for a class?
It works anywhere. For a coached session, the coach sets the rounds — use the timer to practise the rhythm between sessions.
